A new service assistant is already out on the job when the pneumatic tube system fails. Blood samples now have to be collected by hand from five points across the building and driven to the lab. The collection points are listed in a document he does not have with him.
The film follows the options he actually has, then shows the lookup: the question, the retrieval, the answer, and the document it came from.
