What's in the onboarding package

  • A kick-off session where we connect your sources and add your users together
  • Categories and access set up, so the right people read the right procedures
  • A one-hour introduction for your Knowledge Managers
  • A review after the first month of what staff asked and where the procedures fell short
Self-hosted
  • Everything in the hosted package
  • Installation on your server, alongside your IT team
  • Your own AI account, mail server and Microsoft Entra ID users connected
  • Security documentation for your IT sign-off: the data processing agreement and how the system is built
  • A backup and restore test, and the first update done together

Paying

Monthly or yearly by card. Pay yearly and the onboarding package is included. Self-hosted is invoiced once a year.

When the AI answers run out

The 5,000 answers are per billing period. If they run out, the assistant still finds the right places in your procedures. It just won't write the answer itself until the next period. If you want answers straight away, you can use your own AI key.
